Registration hours are from 8:00
am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Classes typically fill several weeks
prior to the class date. If you would like to pre-register, please visit
our registration area. This pre-registration process does not officially
hold your seat in class, until a customer service representative calls to
confirm your registration.
Daily
Class Information:
Normal class hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please arrive by 8:45 am
as our classes begin promptly at 9:00 am. Late arrivals, after 9:30 am,
will be charged the full rate of the class and may be asked to cancel and
reschedule for another date.
Payment:
Effective December 1st, 2000, we now require a credit card to hold a seat
for public classes and we also require full payment by the day of class
within the respective cancellation period.
American Express, Visa, MasterCard and checks are accepted.
Cancellation
and Retake Policy:
ExecuTrain has changed its cancellation and retake policies.
Private Class Cancellation Policy
A private
class can be canceled or rescheduled two weeks in advance without charge.
The client will be billed 50% of the class fee if the private class is
canceled or rescheduled in under ten business days, and full price if the
private class is canceled or rescheduled in under five business days.
Public Class Attendance Policy
When a scheduled student does not come to a
class, another student who has been on the Priority List could have been
called to register for the class if we had been notified of the cancellation
ahead of time. If you or any of your employees have ever been on the
Priority List, we are confident that you appreciate the desire to reduce the
number of students that do not come to a scheduled class.
When a student scheduled for a class does not
attend, and does not call to cancel, the fee will be equivalent to the
student’s daily corporate rate. For application courses, one coupon per
class day will be debited from your company’s block of coupons. Annual
members will be billed $150. For technical courses, the full price of the
course will be charged.
Snow Policy
In the event of excessive snow and/or ice we have put into
place a weather line for our students to check on class start time and/or
canceled classes. This weather line will be updated by 6:00am if any
changes are necessary. Please call 921-8855 x30 to receive any updated

Technical Courses
In order to guarantee payment for a
technical training course, ExecuTrain requires either a credit card or a
company Purchase Order at the time of registration.
Should you need to reschedule a Technical
Training Course, please contact our office by noon, ten business days prior
to your scheduled class. Students who cancel or reschedule with less than
ten days notice will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the class cost.
Students who have prepaid for a technical track will be subject to a fee
equal to 75% of the class cost. These fees will also be charged to a
student’s credit card if they fail to attend any technical courses for which
they are scheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your
class, you may send a substitute from your organization to avoid the fee.
Substitutions will be charged the applicable class cost.
In fairness to all students in the class,
anyone arriving after 9:00 a.m. will need to be rescheduled for another
class date.
Re-take Policy
Students may re-take a class within one year of
the original class date. A Re-take Request form must be completed prior to
registering for the class. No show or cancellations do not qualify for the
re-take policy.
Invoicing Procedures
ExecuTrain will issue invoices for all
students that have not requested a prepaid account. Invoices are due upon
receipt. Invoices will be generated upon completion of the class and are
due upon receipt.

No
Show Policy:
If you do not attend a scheduled class and fail to cancel, you will be charged
a no-show fee equivalent to your corporate daily rate. You may reschedule
the same class within a six month period under the terms and conditions
of our retake policy.
